At Premiata, we strive for perfection in every detail, but if your purchase is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Premiata box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is attached to the outside.
Ship the Items
Schedule a complimentary collection with our partner courier or drop off your package at an authorized service point using the provided shipping documentation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
